Safety

Bradford Brothers, Inc. has been reviewed by the National Compliance Management Service, Inc. (NCMS).  NCMS acts as a third party administrator to review and monitor drug, alcohol, health and safety programs.  NCMS was established to assist oil and gas operators with the contractor pre-qualification process.  The services provided by NCMS concentrate on standardization and centralization if multiple operator requirements, therefore an evaluation by NCMS of one contractor is actually being preformed for all member operators.

NCMS has been authorized to :

Review Anti-Drug and Alcohol misuse plans, statistical data and other documentation.

Request and review health and safety programs with supporting documents.

This contractor compliance monitoring program is to assist in improving the safety of oil and gas companies by providing a thorough review of programs and associated information.

Bradford Brothers, Inc, also has an employee Safety Incentive Program.

Operator Qualification Rule

Bradford Brothers, Inc. has been involved with Operator Qualifications since its onset.  Company President, Mr. Dee Bradford, was nominated by several pipeline companies as a “subject matter expert” to assist in the API-NCCER program and associated tests.  BBI employees are being qualified for DOT Operator Qualification through API-NCCER, MEA, VERIFORCE, OQSG and various "in-house" gas company plans.  A list of our tested employees may be found at the ISNetworld.  We have our own training facility with "master trainers" to ensure a quality workforce in a timely manner.

BBI's Safety Director, Mr. Jim Stellwagen, has earned the level of "master trainer" from the API-NCCER and is also President of the Pipeline Contractors Roundtable Group (PCRG), consisting of over 100 pipeline contractors.
